Professional Background
Vincent Dulweber was admitted to the Texas Bar on
November 7, 1986. He began his career
with Sharp, Ward, Price & Searcy in Longview, Texas. Vincent has represented local businesses and
individuals in the area of banking, commercial litigation, general business,
probate and trusts. in January of 1995, he established
the law offices of Vincent L. Dulweber, P.C. and has
continued to represent local businesses and individuals in the area of banking, commercial litigation, general
business, probate and trusts. Throughout his 23 years as an attorney, Mr. Dulweber has
practiced both in federal and Texas State courts, and has been a member of the
Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas since
1987.
Vincent appears before the County Court at Law No. 2 almost every week since it
was established.
Republican Party Service
Mr.
Dulweber has also been active in both local and state wide Republican Party
Races. Mr. Dulweber is currently
legal counsel for Gregg County Republican Party, and serves as the
Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer for Gregg County Republican Club. He has served as parliamentarian for
Gregg County Delegation at Two State Republican Party Conventions, and has
served as a Committee Chair or Member at each Gregg County Republican Party
Convention since 1988. Mr.
Dulweber served as local coordinator for Texas Supreme Court Justice John
Cornyn in Gregg County in his race for Texas Attorney General, and again for
Attorney General John Cornyn in his race for U.S. Senate. He was also an active member of the
campaign committee for Judge Alfonso Charles in 2002 and County Clerk Connie
Wade in 2004.
