Longview attorney and long time Republican Party advocate, Vincent L. Dulweber, is a candidate for the Republican nomination for the County Court at Law No. 2.  The Republican Party Primary will be held on March 2, 2010.   A vacancy was created in this Court when Governor Rick Perry appointed Judge Alfonso Charles to the 124^th District Court.
